Daily Statement of Thankfulness

I am thankful for all the good I have experienced over the course of my life and for the good I helped others experience.

I am thankful for the growth and strength my challenges afforded me and for the times I was able to help others through their challenges.

I am thankful to have loved others and to have been loved by others.

I am thankful for the lessons I learned and for those I helped to teach.

I am thankful for the efforts I made and the work I did and for the efforts that were made and for the work others did on my behalf.
