• To ensure the best possible outcomes while using Brainercise, take time now to prepare.

• The participant will be less resistant to the activity when you are self-assured and can lead them in the exercises with confidence.

• To allow time for Kit delivery, the first 4 weeks of Brainercise do not require any supplies from the Brainercise Supply Kit.
